Actually pretty good. Only problem with it is Woody Harrelson's character. This is no different then when they made Charles Bronson an Indian, or when they thought it would be good to have Robin Williams as a bad guy.
Everyone knows Woody Harrelson well because of all the movies he has been in for the past 20 years. If you, no one is going to buy that he's gay. However his character is actually the only character in the movie that really has personality.
