Review of The Walk (2015) by Dione O — 17 Jan 2016
This Film is really straight forward.
Joseph Gordon-Levitt is Philippe Pettit, French guy that since he was a wee boy wants to be high-wire artist, and he starts to practice since a wee boy.
Years later when he see the news of the building of the world trade center, he sets a goal to walk between them.
He gatherers a crew of friends to help, and travel to Ney York.
The towers wore like some weeks to be Finish, the Top floor wore not finish it yet, so they sneak past them, set the cable between the towers and he walks to the other side (HELLO FROM THE OTHER SIDE !!! .... LOL sorry coundt resit ) on the wire.
When he gets to the other side, he looks back and says fuck it, im going again, and starts to walk again, but then the Police shows up. He turns around and starts to go the other side, but the police show up on that side too, so now there is police on both side.
So, he just start to Play around on the wire, he even sits and lays down on the fucking wire LOL, crazy French mother fucker lol.
After a wile he surrenders and he becomes famous.
This is a true story.
I really liked the film, when he was on the wire I was like ' I cant fucking breath, he might fall because of me ' the part on the wire was really cool.
Love you Stephanie Joan Logan.
