The Wailing is a Korean horror movie about strange things happening to a small village and suspicion about a stranger who recently arrived. This movie dragged on quite a bit for me, and the 2-1/5 hour long run time didn't help at all.
However, I was interested in the plot, invested in the characters and really had a good time otherwise. The acting was all pretty good, especially from the little girl character l. The Wailing is not as good as I wanted it to be, but the ending was satisfying and I had enjoyment overall.
