Honestly this is more of a comedy than a horror flick.
I guess it is sometimes scary (when the naked man with red eyes sucks people's blood,.
For example,) but even the scene where the guy dies in the hospital manages to be somewhat humorous. Let's watch these bumbling idiot detectives and see what zany adventures they get into this time!
Seriously they let a crazy woman attack a police officer.
Do Koreans not have guns?
I guess it wouldn't have been as funny as watching this cop run away from an old lady.
