Review of The Wages of Fear (1953) by Shaun M — 28 Aug 2009
Starts off very slow but once the plot gets going it's pretty interesting. It plays almost like a disaster movie (what's the next obstacle they'll have to get through?). The story builds to a great climax, but the final moments of the film are the most mind boggling thing I've ever seen (what the hell was the point of that ending?).
The ending brought the movie down a few points for me.
