Review of The Wages of Fear (1953) by Cecilie B — 24 Nov 2010
A terrific and highly thrilling film about 4 men who need to transport a carload of nitroglycerine on two trucks through bumpy roads in a South-American country. Yves Montand in the lead role, at the time when he was mostly known as a crooner.
The director, Henri-Georges Clouzot, is known as the French Hitchcock so if you like the latter you don't want to miss this!
