Review of The Wackness (2008) by Matt D — 27 Jan 2009
Really enjoyed this film, good young talent in Thirlby and Peck, and Ben Kingsley goes another step to completely doing away with his image as Gandhi when he makes out with an Olsen twin. There's a couple of dodgy moments and Famke Jannsen really doesn't do anything but the 1994 soundtrack and the New York heatwave add an extra element to this coming-of-age yarn.
