A sort of kind of sweet story about a drug dealer and his messed up shrink. There's some nice stuff here, and a lot of stuff that doesn't work at all. Really, gang, are we ready for early-'90s nostalgia? Fly girls? C'mon.
But despite its faults, I like it enough to recommend it, mildly.
