Review of The Wackness (2008) by Mattias E — 22 Feb 2009
Cute coming of age story with no surprises and quite an unhealthy bit of nostalgia, and I'm not only referring to the soundtrack here. The end result is a rather clich©ed and completely unchallenging look at the growing pains of youth.
And Jonathan Levine should also be punished for omitting Gang Starr on the soundtrack. What's NY without Guru and Premier? Nada, I tell you.
