Review of The Vow (2012) by Kenrimu U — 31 Oct 2012
Grade: A.
Even though this film is a tad cheesy and cliche, it was charming and cute and I loved Channing Tatum and Rachel McAdams in this (OK even if Channing Tatum was the main attraction for me and made the film worth watching ;) ). Putting that aside McAdams and Tatum put on really good performances and the chemistry between them was strong and believable. The film is about a couple who are love's young dream, but tragedy occurs when McAdam's character in the film loses her memory and cant remember her husband, who tries everything he can to get her to fall in love with him again. If only more men could embody Channing Tatum's character, the world would be a better place. Nevertheless if you're not a fan of romantic weepies steer cleer and I dont think this is a film that guys will enjoy unless forced by their girlfriends. I usually dont like these sort of films, but this film was beautiful and moving (OK even if I am being a bit biased by saying I just love Channing Tatum).
