Amidst overwhelming dark circumstances, The Voices proves to be an extremely thought provoking look at mental illness and life. There are hints of humor - but you may find it difficult to label this one as any kind of comedy.
As Jerry, Ryan Reynolds gives one of the finest performances of his career.
