Shyalaman has gotten a bad rap for too long. This is another fine effort. The cast of brother-sister gifted kids is terrific, and the grandfather is more than sufficiently scary. Though the actress of the grandmother seems to have been in other similar movies, it does not detract too much from her creepiness.
