Review of The Visit (2015) by Katt M — 02 Aug 2016
I was already hiding behind my coat before the opening credits. Although it is a 'found footage film' (I know, how original) it did have more to it as it was supposed to be a documentary filmed by the Becca, the grandchild who keeps getting in that bloody oven.
Meaning that shots were framed nicely and so on. However, the thing that makes this film different to other found footage films is the use of humour. Humour being something that I wasn't expecting, mainly because for once the trailer didn't give this away.
