Review of The Virginity Hit (2010) by Tony O — 26 Sep 2010

In all honesty, this movie has gotten a lot of bad reviews and I'm not exactly sure why. I went in as I usually would, bored on a Monday evening wanting to watch something to just pass the time, nothing special, nothing to thought provoking etc. I was actually pleasantly surprised by this, I can't really put my finger on what made this film enjoyable, maybe the sense that in all reality, in this day and age, this could happen to you, to me, to any of us.

I'd say it's worth checking out, maybe not to see in the theater, it's an easy rent and something I'd probably watch again.

4/5 for the fact that it was different than many films of this genre, not overly raunchy, yet had some wit and heart to go along with it.
