Review of The Virgin Suicides (2000) by Nelson P — 23 Dec 2010
I've always held this movie in a very high regard, having one of the greatest endings of all time, not in a ironic over-the-top way, but that a movie finally had the confidence to show the impact of suicide and death properly and morbidly.
This also has one of the greatest teen casts of any movie, Kirsten Dunst was just amazing and of course the smooth operator himself Josh Hartnett. I really appreciate this movie's story and characters, the not so perfect suburban lifestyle had never looked so unappealing.
