A story of no black or white, of the end justified by the means. The life of a cop was changed drastically by coincidence during his search for his elder brother, when it's revealed that his elder brother is in fact a wanted criminal/fugitive.
Action is there for almost the whole movie. From fighting scenes, shootouts to car chases/chopper chase. All in all, the movie is action-packed with a decent family bond drama thrown in.
