Review of The Violent Men (1955) by Kevin M. W — 22 May 2018
It's a very typical Western, that of a greedy and rich ranch owner (E.G. Robinson?!?) trying to force out all the fence building little guys. The twist is that his wife (Babs Stanwyck, naturally) is really behind all the devious machinations.
Glenn Ford is simply the John Wyck of this film, the little guy who's dog they killed, little knowing what hell would come next. It'll do.
