What a weak movie, but I'm a little charmed by it. Despite that fact, it would be tedious to watch again. Kirk Douglas looks a little aged, but still way more slickly athletic than his son has ever been.
I can't see how that wasn't him doing pretty much all of his own stunts. Schwarzenegger white-clad, artless, and oblivious as Handsome Stranger should've been much, much funnier, but this was not well written.
Paul Lynde should've been funnier, too. Most all of the gags were poor Looney Toons knockoffs. Best performance was by the Telegraph Clerk.
