I love Paul Newman and hadn't ever seen this movie until last week. I rented it on Netflix. A screenplay by Mamet, Direction of Sidney Lumet; It's the perfect marriage of understated,.
Compelling and powerful storytelling from some of film's best crafts people. Galvin's closing statement at the end...that belonged to Newman. That was classic Newman. Beautiful. And just so real.
