The Original film "The Vanishing (1988)" was far better film than this. The ending in this is completely different and the film has suffered because of this. Despite good performances of the lead actors in this film it is just a weak attempt to make money off of a far better film.
Some people can't handle subtitles and they should watch the original dubbed because even that is better than this film.
