One of my favorites! The best episodes are 5-9. I was disappointed with the ending though (spoiler warning), Irma Vep should have killed Guèrande and become the new Great Vampire.
It was too bad Mazamette became such a comic figure, it didn't go very well with the rest of the film, I think. Moreover HUGE shame on the restoration crew who made those terrible English signs - they look as if they were made with MS Paint! This feauture deserved better.
Anyhow, it's a great film, and I fell completely in love watching it.
