Although the soundtrack (100% Lennon) and historic footage used in the film were excellent and really added to the experience, the viewer (especially those more informed of the history of John Lennon's life) were left feeling like there was more to tell.
There was quite a heavy "Yoko" influence on the film and it seems this influence led to certain aspects of Lennon's life being glossed over and in some cases, completely omitted. For instance his first son Julian was never mentioned.
