Review of The Untouchables (1987) by Troy F — 09 Jul 2010
The Untouchables is another brilliant masterpiece of a film. It is another gangster mob movie that features a great cast and great directing from Brian DePalma. I admired the performances, the often thrilling atmosphere, the well choreographed but violent action sequences, the music score, and I highly admired the cinematography of this film.
It may not be the most accurate gangster film considering the events it's based on, but The Untouchables no doubt still stands as one of the best gangster movies I've ever had the pleasure of watching.
