It gets a 2 star rating for 2 reasons. Don Cheadle and Ryan Gosling giving the strong performances that we expect from both actors. Everything else about this film is one big pretentious mess of a study of troubled youth.
Cause is there really anything worse then a film that tries far too hard for oscar attention and indie cred?
