Review of The United States of Autism (2013) by Matthew B — 09 Aug 2013
I am not a father to a child with autism. I am however a father and I did connect with Rich. Every man is scarred at some point in his quest to become a man. Oftentimes the scar comes from their father.
Rich's reunion with his father is not only relevant but necessary in his own quest to find answers, perspective, and understanding. There is no special agenda here. There are only real lives and experiences of people affected by autism.
I left inspired to be a better father to my own children. That is after all what all fathers strive for right? Well done Rich Everts.
