The Uninvited is one of the more motif-filled, complicated, and lengthy films that I've seen recently. It really goes to show you that sometimes, you can't just erase people from your life for your convenience.
Their presence will remain with you. And sometimes, it's better to let the past remain unknown... The cats, the various children, the vertigo, the table, the well scene... It's amazing how disturbing this movie can be with straightforward, direct moments of.
.. Well... It's not an easy watch.
