It comes across as a little preachy at the end, you get the feeling like you're watching a documentary for how the "Make a Wish" foundation was started, but it's heart is in the right place.
It's touching and tender enough to get the eyes welled up a couple times. It's worth a watch if you have any heart at all, otherwise go enjoy the next Saw movie, or Hostel...
