Review of The Two of Us (1967) by Cli O — 29 Oct 2008
Wow, I will say that this film is rather intriguing in the sense that it never does one thing, which is the character never goes through any change, any difference in how he now looks at things. That will be the main character played by Michel Simon, who really is rather poignant in his role.
I liked how it ends off, how it has such simple metaphorical insights by using such simplicity, minimalist in its display and cutting off any excess debris that would have got in the way.
