Just been to see The Two Faces of January at the cinema. Set in 1962 in Athens, Crete, and Istanbul. The settings were very glamourous and the period was captured well with its cars and costumes and glamorous cigarette smoking.

And Kristin Dunst got to were some very stylish 60s outfits. Before she went headfirst down the stairs of some old Greek ruin and thankfully that was the end of her. What a dreary and tedious film it was.

Pleasant to look at but so are 90 second commercials for the Greek Tourist Board and with a far more dynamic plot line. Pretentious poppycock which made me want to knock myself unconscious with an Ouzo bottle.
