Review of The Two Faces of January (2014) by Roger T — 21 Sep 2014
With gorgeous visuals, startling plot twists, and spot-on performances from all three leads, The Two Faces of January echoes Hitchcockian thrillers from the 40s and 50s. If you're looking for whiz-bang special effects or choreographed fight sequences, this is not the film for you.
If you're looking for slow-burn suspense, intense characterization, or a visual tour of Athens and Crete, you'll be quite pleased.
