Review of The Twilight Saga: New Moon (2009) by Ryan C — 14 Nov 2012
They do a good job at producing the story and the elements from the book, but it does not get over the awful acting to really launch into something more. Introducing a whole wider world with the werewolves was a great idea and setting up the love with Bella and Jacob while Edward has left was excellent depth in the story.
The Volturi are well done and set up as the ultimate power in this universe, but there look does not exactly present that same feeling. Besides the aspects where the movie truly shines in the love angles, it tries to deliver in the action and excitement as well, but does not quite get to a great job done.
