Fans of the franchise would definitely enjoy it if they don't mind the unbelievable slow pacing that was probably done on purpose, while others, or in general value, would just find this parallel-like second chapter the least when the static is mostly flat with couple of ups that are probably higher than the first chapter's respective areas. (B-).
