Review of The Twilight Saga: New Moon (2009) by Capcake L — 25 Sep 2018
A huge step up from the first movie (better acting, better direction, better FX) that doesn't make this a good flick, at all. Too slow, it simply can't support the ponderous weight of the attrocious source material.
I actually want to see Eclipse, as that novel has some real meat to work with, but this one was pretty boring. I won't even go into the utter lack of substance to Bella's character and the horrific overtones of abusive relationships that others have written so eloquently about.
