Well, it was better than the other two but it still has a lot of gaps (but that's not the fault of the movie, that is Stephanie Meyer's fault), Jacob becomes even more obnoxious, and Edward and Bella's love story felt more disconnected in this third installment.
The fight scenes were all right and I loved the character of Charlie but I can't help to feel that this part of the saga was not necessary, it feels more like a filler.
