Review of The TV Set (2007) by Daniel T — 02 Mar 2008
Any movie that succeeds in making David Duchovny look bad deserves some credit. The TV SET is slight, fun and amusing. It's satire is not exactly biting, insightful or offensive enough to make a strong impact, but the performances are all good.
The one false note is the Brit's melodramatic family crisis, which felt like it belonged to a separate movie.
