Hilarious. In under 90 minutes you've got well-drawn, sympathetic characters, a protagonist you can somehow relate to even if you're not in this biz, and a hilarious plot. After a while I forgot that David Duchovny is Fox Mulder, and mind you, The X-Files is my all-time favorite show! Also, this movie's a bit of an eye opener.
For all the shows that fail their first season, we don't realize how lucky those shows were to make it even that far.
