Jimmy Tong (Jackie Chan) is an ordinary cabbie-turned-chauffeur who slips into a 2 billion-dollary, super-spy suit and inadvertently becomes a dashing secret agent. Fit for trouble, this deluxe tux unwittingly thrusts the chauffeur and his partner into a dangerous world of international espionage.
