I've always enjoyed this movie! I love how it's all set up and I just love how unique the story is. Director Peter Weir really made this movie charming and incredibly creative and it really makes you question what your purpose in life is, which is very interesting.

Jim Carrey plays the lead role of Truman Burbank who is just an ordinary man with an ordinary life, but than he finds out his whole life is just a TV show. Since the moment he's been born people have been filming him and making a real life TV show about him called The Truman Show.

So pretty much all his friends and co-workers are actors and everyone in his family are just playing there parts. I honestly think everything in this movie is just brilliant. How the story goes is brillaint, the script work is brillaint and the ending scene of the movie is really brillaint.

The Truman Show is probably one of Peter Weir's best movies and also one of Jim Carrey's finest roles. If you haven't watched this movie yet I suggest you give it a watch, but I must warn you don't expect a Comedy movie because this movie is not a Comedy, it's more of a Sci-Fi/Drama movie.

So don't expect a Comedy movie just because Jim Carrey is in it. The Truman Show is just a creative Sci-fi movie with an interesting premise and a fantastic story.
