Review of The Trouble with Harry (1955) by Phil T — 17 Nov 2007
Never seems to hit the comedy targets it aims for in a overly cocky (excuse the pun) script. Shirley Maclaine is the highlight and is perfect in the role Edmund Gwenn great as the bumbling Englishman, but the lack of threat from the poorly sketched and horrificly acted sort of police officer means that their is no worry that they will get caught in the act.
bury this film after viewing and don't dig it up again!
