Review of The Trouble with Harry (1955) by Ben S — 31 Mar 2008
Wow. I usually love Hitchock and dry British humor. But this simply wasn't funny. The acting was stilted, the dialogue unrealistic. And the whole thing could have been avoided if someone just went to the police.
(See how annoying irrational fears can be?) I would say I liked the cinematography, until I got to the day-for-night scenes, which were quite clearly at 3:00 in the afternoon.
