Review of The Trouble with Harry (1955) by Brian T — 29 Jun 2008
Cute movie, though perhaps better suited for the stage than the screen. That said, Hitchcock has turned other plays into successful movies (Dial 'M', for example), but I think the suspense in those was a bit heavier than in this one.
Hard, I suppose, to create too much supsense in a comedy--although the scene with the feet above the bathtub was an unforgettable shocker!
