Review of The Trouble with Harry (1955) by Stacey D — 06 May 2012
This is a nice little black comedy. One of Hitchcock's smaller movies, it's still pretty good. It takes place in small-town New England, where a man is found dead and virtually everyone in town thinks they're responsible for his death.
It's delightfully funny and dark. At times it drags, trying to develop relationships between some of the characters, but the situation is inherently funny, which is the film's strongest suit. Also the cinematography is beautiful.
