An interesting horror movie about a psycho-killer obsessed with Ronald Reagan. The killer goes on a murdering spree at an outdoor concert full of hippies, his favourite victim. It is not hard to believe that someone obsessed with Reagan would be a sociopath.
Not a bad horror film by David Arquette who also plays a red neck hick.
