Quirky, wonderful, one of the greatest examples of visual storytelling I've ever seen. Should have won the Oscar but was up against "Finding Nemo," which was great and very commercial. "Triplets" is just wonderful, not commercial.
Could watch this anytime, a very short list of movies in that category.
