Review of The Triplets of Belleville (2003) by Jacob G — 31 Mar 2008
Despite an almost complete absence of dialog, The Triplets of Belleville is an extraordinary tale. The visuals are grimy and stark, a perfect complement to the dark mood. The music is fantastic, with references to Django Reinhardt, one of the greatest jazz guitar players.
