Coogan dominated the first movie but the second banana has control of this one. I doubt there will be a third because Coogan, who goes off the wagon after nine months of sobriety in an early episode, seemed mildly depressed throughout.
The ending with him bonding with his unhappy 16-year-old son seem contrived. The scenery is gorgeous. Both men have unhappy marriages and one-night stands don't seem to do it for them anymore.
