Well-rounded 'deliciousness' ..served with a heaping side of comic brilliance. Beautifully shot (both the misty, moss-bound landscapes and the 'pigeon-shit' splattered plates)⦠an admirable self-reckoning on Coogan's part and an in-depth examination of the perils of middle-age.
All in all, a lovely film⦠one which I would advice against seeing on an empty stomach. Mmmmmmmmâ¦.
