The two leads play themselves in this charming, yet biting comedy about friendship, fame, and the decisions we make, and the bridges we burn, a long the way. The largely improvised scenes are often laugh-out-loud and both men truly shine in this unique experience.
But its Coogan who really takes the risks, and comes out on top, with his often unlikable self-portrait. There are few films quite like this. A sort of "My Dinner With Andre" for the aging Generation X.
