Can't say we have ever watched a Belgian film before, but this was an edge-of-the-seat experience from start to finish: utterly compelling, brilliantly acted, uncomfortable viewing. It's a shame that the world of film is dominated by English language cinema.
There must be many jewels such as this hidden away elsewhere. Search them out!
