Review of The Treasure of the Sierra Madre (1948) by Austen C — 14 Mar 2009
This is a rather haunting performance by Bogart. He's not just the cool face with wit and charm in this film - he's gritty and personal. What helps is that this is a great story too, about the human condition and about our lust for wealth.
Definitely worth seeing for everyone.
